Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. We always receive professional care, and you can truly feel that the people working here genuinely love animals. The team is very friendly, helpful, and explains everything clearly, which makes you feel at ease even in more difficult situations. I would especially like to highlight the main veterinarian – she is absolutely amazing. Very caring, attentive, and trustworthy. You can see that the well-being of animals is her top priority. She always takes enough time, answers all questions, and sincerely does her best to help. This is definitely one of the best clinics I have ever visited. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here with our dog Loki for almost 5 years now, and couldn’t recommend Park Pets enough! Fionnuala and her team are the best vets that I’ve ever taken any of my animals to. They have so much knowledge and care for their work, their patients always being their top priority. They put the animals’ health and wellbeing first, recognizing how important our furry friends are. Whenever I bring my dog in, I know that he is getting the best possible care, treatments, and procedures and it eases any of my nerves about bringing him in. No one is better than Park Pets!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about this vet clinic and the incredible care they provided for my dog. He had surgery for elbow dysplasia on both of his front legs in June 2025 and was limping badly before the procedure. It was heartbreaking to see him in pain and struggling to move comfortably. They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, the surgical plan, and what to expect during recovery. I felt concerned but trusted that my dog was in the best hands. The surgery permormed was a success, and the results have truly been life-changing. After recovery he is no longer limping and is back to running, playing, and enjoying life like a happy, healthy dog should. Seeing him active and pain-free again is something I’m so incredibly grateful for. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality surgical care for their dog at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic experience: We cannot thank Fionnuala and team enough for the care and treatment our French bulldog got from her practice. Winnie truly had a 5 star stay with the best medics possible. Fionnuala is an absolute miracle worker, and she really made us feel like Winnie was priority number one. The phone calls and text updates over the duration of Winnie’s stay were so lovely and helpful for our peace of mind. We travelled from Cavan as we had heard Fionnuala was the best, and it’s safe to say she is our primary vet now. Our family can’t thank her and the team enough, we will forever be indebted to them for the work and care they provided to us and our Winnie.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from Fionnuala and all her team. They made the process very easy on dog and owner alike. The kindness shown and obvious compassion and thoughtful care for Joe before, during and after his procedure was exceptional. Post-op care and follow up phone calls to check on recovery was a really nice personal touch you don't expect anymore and it was lovely and very much appreciated. They are very clearly experts and I'd highly recommend them. A wonderful experience overall.

Negative experience: Honestly the blame towards me is ridiculous, and not the true facts of the situation. Lilly being put down is not a decision being taken lightly and I will never forgive this clinic and especially the owner who can’t even have a shred of sympathy unless it’s online for others to see. I never threatened or harassed anyone I simply have advocated for my pets wellbeing. I simply cannot watch my dog have such a low quality of life and a life of pain any longer as it’s not fair to her she has been through enough.

Negative experience: My dog was hit by a car 3 years ago and has barely been able to walk since getting her surgery here, a plate is now bursting out of her skin causing her agony and they don’t have a grain of sympathy for my dog which is now getting put down because of the pain she is in and the amount of money I spent for this clinic to help her which they didn’t. I can’t believe people who work with animals everyday can leave a dog like this and not even care.

Fantastic experience: Recommend to us and so happy for that because the caring, professional service our dog received was fantastic. The whole team were like one big caring family and very professional. Our dog Paco had to have an operation to remove a cancerous tumor. The diagnosis, the lead up to the operation, the aftercare was way beyond anything we could have ever imagined. If we could give a ten star review we would. I have to mention their prices also, very reasonable compared to many other commercial veterinary clinics. A massive thank you to Fionnualla and her all the team.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Fionnuala and staff at Park Pets Veterinary Clinic, they went above and beyond to look after my pet for me after his operation, an operation that wasn’t easy but Fionnuala wanted to do it for me. Fantastic experience: The team at Park Pets are truly exceptional. I have a banned breed, Mendoza, and they’ve shown nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine care toward her. From the moment we walk through the door, it’s clear how much they love and respect the animals they treat. Mendoza has had three surgeries at this clinic, and each time I’ve felt completely reassured. The team leaves no stone unturned and they explain everything thoroughly and treat both pets and owners with compassion, making very stressful times much easier. What speaks volumes is that, even after everything she’s been through, Mendoza still pulls me through the door with excitement to see the girls at the clinic. That’s the kind of care and love they show. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for everything you’ve done and for quite literally keeping my girl alive. I will be forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: A positive recommendation passed on by two different people so I phoned myself to book our dog in for a check up and assess her heart and teeth. Fionnuala and her team provided exceptional service. So friendly and informative, trust was built from the first visit and we knew they had Cara’s best interests and ours from the off. Thorough treatment given asap and ongoing plan ahead. Will not be going to any other vets moving forward. The bar has been set very high! Thank you again to all of you that got our girl in the best shape she can be for her age and breed.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this clinic! I brought my rabbits in to be neutered, and the vet, Fionnuala, was incredibly professional—she clearly knows what she’s doing. On top of that, she was very kind and thoughtful. She even offered to pick me up from the bus stop because the road to the clinic is quite busy and not ideal for walking. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to have found Fionnulla and Park pets. We previously brought our dogs to vets in Mullingar but we felt that we were paying way over what we should for simple treatments and check ups. We brought one of dogs who was lame to park pets to see if it was a better alternative to Mullingar and I am so happy we did! Our dog was x rayed and diagnosed with dislocated knees, she then underwent extensive surgery on both legs as recommended by the park pets team. We felt very supported through this process especially during Xmas . I am so happy with the service at park pets and can highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for high quality and affordable care for your pets!

Fantastic experience: We’ve always had a great experience bringing our dog Charlie to Park Pets. Fantastic experience: I’m so lucky and happy I found Park Pets Vets. Everyone is so attentive and caring. They remember us when we go in and feel like you’re part of the family. I trust each time I’m there Fionuala or any of the vets or assistants make a quick and accurate diagnosis that can only come from years of experience. I have an insured dog and a rescue who I can’t get insured so I’ve always been given options when it comes their medical plans. It’s such a huge relief. Fantastic experience: So happy that I found PARK VET KINNEGAD. From the first phone call to the treatment my nearly 12yr old setter has received has really been unbelievable. Only for Fionnuala and her team Rusty would no longer be with us. Fantastic experience: My beautiful dog had a very bad accident 4 weeks ago amd severed her tendons ..ligaments and artery in her leg..the blood was horrendous amd rang driving up to vets they stayed open for me to get there as just closing then I really can't praise them enough for the professionalism, care, love kisses amd hugs towards my poor Cola She is healing now after 2 surgeries and been on house arrest to heal but frequent splint changes and meds amd just their total devotion to mending Cola was incredible I really will never be able to thank everyone in Park Vets Amazing ❤️

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Finnoula and her team for their extraordinarily kind, gentle and loving approach towards Sonny, it cannot be overstated. The level of compassion and quality of care that the team showed our dog, (who was seriously ill)was truly heroic. Fantastic experience: Where do I start....our little man woozles was treated with the upmost love and consideration by fionnla and all of the girls (especially orla ❤) without them we wouldn't have got the extra time and memories with our little man! Always available on the other end of the phone to calm me down and talk me through everything, theres nowhere else that would do this for people. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to send little woozles across the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago they made it comfortable for him and it was so peaceful .I cant thank you all enough for your kindness that you have shown to us all these last few months .just yesterday I received a beautiful card from park pets it truly touched our hearts.Thank you all so much for giving us our extra time and helping us through this exceptionally hard time. Fantastic experience: We have been bringing both of our little chihuahuas here for years. One of our little baby’s had problems with his heart and Fionnuala and the entire staff have always been extremely helpful and supportive. Both of our pups don’t do well with other people (especially vets) and anytime we have had to bring them in, the entire staff has always been very patient with them. Fionnuala did absolutely everything for our little boy in the last year to make sure he was happy and we couldn’t be any more grateful. You can tell how much she and the rest of the staff care for the animals and it has always meant a lot to us to know our doggies are left with trustworthy people and in a safe place. Forever thankful for the wonderful staff and services provided for our two pups, especially Marty.

Fantastic experience: We always receive a very friendly professional service from Finula and her staff at park pets. We have been attending this clinic for a number of years with our pet dog's in their time of need and are always treated as quickly as our pet may require their ever professional attention. Over the years our pet dogs had some minor to semi serious problems. We feel their attention to detail and the level of understanding presented to us as the owner of the pet is phenomenal. Park pets is highly recommended by me and my family for all your pets needs. On a sad note , we recently had our oldest pet put to sleep after receiving their ever professional and reassuring advice. It was made a real occasion for our old friend and won't be forgotten. We were afforded a nice calm setting to say our last goodbye to our old boy. Many thanks to all for everything

Fantastic experience: Fionnuala and the girls helped my 13 y/o collie recover from an injury and an arthritis flare up with a combination of acupuncture and medication for pain management. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Fionnuala’s for 3 years and I’ve visited for routine treatments and check ups for both my dogs. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. And when our pup needed emergency intervention i was seen within 20 minutes of calling - it’s very reassuring as an owner to know 100% my dogs are in the VERY best hands. The staff are all welcoming and so good with my dogs Cos one of them is a big scaredy cat.!

Fantastic experience: The Team at Park Pets have been amazing! My Chihuahua is 12 years old and when she got lame in her back legs Fionnuala was administering accupuncture which fixed the issue. Additionally due to a heart murmer she can get very distressed and Fionnuala have prescribed just the right dose to keep her happy and get the spring in her step back! I am very greatful to Park Pets and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Fionnuala and her team have been treating my red setter "Rua" and my family's shitzu "gizmo" for a long time. Unfortunately Rua was old and I had to have him put down last week. This was heartbreaking for the whole family and anyone who knew Rua. Fionnuala and her team loved Rua. He was a very very special dog. Fantastic experience: We have been going to Park Pets since they first opened and we absolutely adore them. All of the staff are incredibly patient, professional, kind, knowledgable and just so lovely. From day-to-day stuff like vaccinations and check ups all the way to losing one of our beloved dogs- they have been incredible to us and treat their clients like friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Park Pets enough. I am nervous going anywhere at the moment & it’s so reassuring knowing all the measures they take to keep us & our pets safe. I got a new puppy earlier this year & from the moment we rang to book into the practice, nothing has ever been a problem. Even the dog loves going to see the vet! I think that’s testament to all the love & attention he gets from the staff. He’s had a few health issues & he has always received outstanding care.

Fantastic experience: Very happy to have found Park Pets even if we have to drive 30 mins ! It was fantastic to see the team understanding the fears of a covid dog and doing everything in their hands to make our pets feel as confortable as they can ! Fantastic experience: I really couldn’t praise this practice highly enough. It was by chance we chose them to be the family vet for Nellie and Toby. Really liked the vet nurse and vet on that first visit. Our pups were certainly happy. We did however get lots more visits in. Toby was probably a farmed pup and we were duped!! Fionnula spotted it straight off but did not make us feel bad. She just sorted out any vaccinations needed. Toby needed plenty of care in the early days with bloody diarrhoea etc. and as soon as we were over that and into Covid Nellie managed to get a broken wrist. The care, X-rays, bloods and what not were better than people are sometimes treated in hospital. The speed was astounding. Both dogs are fantastic now. Thanks to Fionnula, Melissa, Niamh and the new vet.

Fantastic experience: In the last 12 months we have used Park Vets for our cat that required surgery on her tongue, our dog was spayed and we have 2 pet rats that have both had surgery in the last 3 weeks. All went perfect with no complications. Thank you for making my crazy world a bit easier.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this clinic many times over the last year and have found it fantastic. They are really passionate about animals and it shows through their exceptional work. I recently brought my two guinea pigs there to get their teeth done because I knew they would be in great hands and I have to say my guinea pigs look happier And healthier than ever. When I was collecting my guinea pigs from the clinic, I recieved great advise on how to keep my guinea pigs teeth in perfect condition and also a new diet plan for them. I really appreciated that knowledge and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: Hi there, thank you for your reply but in my opinion it is a bit misleading. When I booked my cat in, I was told that I could collect on the 31st either morning or evening. I explained evenings suit better as I'm travelling a distance. The date was open to being changed which I was fine about. I then received a phone call to say I had to collect at 10 am sharp on the 31st. This didn't suit. I called back to see if 30th was ok but again told 10 am sharp. It was my opinion that there was little to no flexibility with regards to collection, hence my decision to cancel the booking. Fantastic experience: Absolutely heartbroken that our cat Chester couldn't come home today but it was great to be able to get him seen to so quickly on a bank holiday Sunday morning. Fionnuala was compassionate and professional explaining everything in great detail and took the time to have a little chat with my daughter before we left. We know that Fionnuala did everything she could to try to save him. Unfortunately it was not to be but I know he was well looked after in his final hours.
