Negative experience: They care more about Money than they do about the animal. I took my cat to this vet in late June, he wasn't acting himself, he was getting sick and letting out cries. I took him to the vet, they gave him anti biotics and sent him home. The next day I took him back as he was getting worse. They then took him in for 4 days and he had to be put down on the 30th. They seemed to want my money as soon as they could get it after my poor cat had been put down. They asked me if I wanted to cremate him and I said yes and bought an Urn totalling 290 Euro (everything altogether was almost 1000 Euro). After a few weeks I went to pick up the ashes, upon getting home I noticed that the nameplate was wrong, there was one with just his name and another with his name and the date of his birth and death. But they had got this wrong. After weeks of waiting for this to be fixed, I decided to call them and I was told they would look into it. I was called back and told that the fixed nameplate would be sent out to me but the partial refund I asked for was declined. I was berated over the phone over how much I had spent on this, I asked for the number of the crematorium and was told that it was against their privacy policy. I found the number myself and spoke to a kind man who told me that the vet had sent them the wrong dates. He apologized profusely for the mistake he had made, but also explained that the error originated from All Creatures, who refused to apologize for their mistakes and their treatment. Avoid this vet at all costs. Your pet will thank you for it.

Negative experience: Vet was incapable of handling a tranquilized horse. Claiming the horse (that had trouble standing due to the injection he gave), would kick and jump. Horse currently can't move without having to catch itself, clearly off balance, he then told us to load it in a horse box..... If your age and physical ability impairs you, stick to pets.

Fantastic experience: I took my Ferret here to get casturated earlier today. I was so happy to bring him to a place that has treated ferrets before. They were very patient with us and tried to answer all my questions. They were thoughtful enough to keep the ferret warm after the operation and the little fella is doing just fine afterwards! Happy with the service and glad our pet was in safe hands.
