Positive experience: Shocker of a bill! Unaffordable but people with pets love them dearly so there isn’t an alternative .. pity there’s no option for medical card holders or social welfare recipients… Highly professional & talented staff … excellent level of professionalism & care… but omg the bill!

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at All Creatures. Staff are excellent, couldn't be more friendly and very informative. Recently had my cats for vaccination there, vet was really good with them and put them at ease. Can't fault this vets in any way.

Negative experience: D WORST place to ever bring ur pet, killed my dog years ago , heard so many other horror storys that come out of that place please PLEASE PLEASE dnt go near them.....

Negative experience: This clinic used to be good until it was acquired by a large veterinary group in 2023. No emergency vet on call in the entire county for small animals. Instead you will be redirected to a clinic in Dungannon. How is that acceptable when your pet is gasping for breath? It is inhumane. Where is the compassion? I was also advised to have my other cat euthanised back in November when she was taking longer to recover from sedation because of her age and ckd. Falsely told her kidneys were shutting down. A vet should know it takes longer for ckd cats and older cats to recover from sedation. I have taken my pets here their entire lives, but never again. If you want quality care go to Armagh Vet Station and also consider moving your pets to a clinic in Monaghan that actually has emergency vets on call.

Fantastic experience: Found it hard to get a vet to neuter my dog. They took me on as a new customer, explained procedure on phone & on day of surgery, with clear aftercare & follow up appointments. Very efficient and professional vets. I would highly recommend

Negative experience: The vet is good, but this is not the first time I’ve been let down by the emergency service. A few years ago, he refused to look at my sister’s cat and she died. Then this morning, I rang and he told me to call someone else. I understand he still gets paid, but if you are an emergency vet you shouldn’t turn down calls this is your job. Very disappointed, and I will definitely stay away from this place in the future.

Fantastic experience: Very confident handling of a very frightened farm cat who is a tad on the wild side! Our outdoor farm cat had several litters and really needed to be neutered. The veterinary nurse, receptionist and other staff were very confident dealing with her. We were very happy with the treatment, Ginger May was running about the farm hours after her surgery and had no post-op issues.

Negative experience: Do not! Do not bring your animals to this place. Killed my dog with out of date insulin! Killed someones dog after bringing d dog to clean its teeth. This place sould never be open. Please choose carefully there more vets in monaghan that do care about your animal. This place is awfull no care for your pets. Food and medicine is out of date sould never be allowed to operate this clinic..........

Negative experience: Shocked to be honest,22euro to clip the pups nails,a small dog at that,jack Russell. A 3 Minute job tops,if even. I have had the dog to several vets to get nails cut,5euro most places,7 euro at a push,but 22euro. You would need your head looked at to go here. Disgusted Not only that,when I called to ask was it the correct price,I was told it was a consult with the nurse. Never again.

Negative experience: I've had my wee jack Russell terrier dog charley for the last 16 years and he.s been not only a pet but a good friend to me I took him into see the vet on two occasions were he had some breathing difficulties and was not eating the vet was very good and put him on antibiotics after a couple of days he wasn't getting any better so I took him back down on a emergency appointment they decided to take him in and put him on a drip and give him oxygen the next day I got a call from them that he was not any better so I decided with the vet to put him to sleep it wasn't right to have him suffer any more witch was fine conciderin his age so I went down to collect him and the receptionist let me in and I can only sum it up in 3 words she was (COLD AS ICE ) not even a smile I have no problems with the two vets they were professional and sincere but it's put me of having a dog for life God bless wee Charley.
