Negative experience: Found an injured cat today ,very injured and in a lot of pain. Rang this vets for assistance. Was told to take cat to letterkenny for treatment and an overnight stay and was told that I would have to pay for it. I wouldn't have minded that but it was the bad attitude of the person who answered my call, I tried to explain that I was just a person who found the cat but he was having none of it money or no help and he then hung up on me. I took the cat to ramelton vets and I was treated so well and told to go home that they would take care of the cat now..what a difference in attitude and no mention of money. I would have thought that the priority was to get the animal out of pain but no money was definitely the priority there. Just saying....

Fantastic experience: I would really rate this Vets for dogs/ small animals. We were on holiday from the uk, had an unfortunately accident with our puppy, were an emergency / middle of the night and Darragh could have handle any better. Fast / efficient/ kind/ gentle. Would definitely go back to this practice.

Negative experience: ZERO STARS – BEWARE of MULROY Veterinary Practice, especially vet Ciaran M. We trusted Mulroy Veterinary Practice when purchasing a horse from Ireland. Since we couldn’t travel to see the horse ourselves, we relied on them to perform a 5-stage pre-purchase vetting. According to their report, everything was perfect. The vet found no issues and recommended we buy the horse, stating it was in ideal condition. Unfortunately, when the horse arrived in the UK, it was clearly lame. We immediately had it checked by our own veterinarians here, who found multiple issues: the horse had a visibly crooked leg and one hoof significantly smaller than the other – something that should never have been missed in a proper vetting. This was a shocking and expensive experience. I want to warn others that these vets may have close relationships with sellers, and in our case, they completely failed us. We lost a lot of money and peace of mind because of their negligence. The stress and frustration we’ve gone through is beyond words. Please think twice before using this veterinary practice – we certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the vet enough for her exceptional care. She took my dog in after hours when he hurt his paw and did a fantastic job with the stitches. Truly grateful for their dedication and expertise! she was super friendly and helped calm us down, you can tell she truely cares about the animals as well. The treatment was also very affordable. Hopefully i won’t ever have to return to a vets but if i do it will be here

Fantastic experience: We were in donegal with our dogs. Paddy who was very elderly but sprightly had a? stroke and had to be put to sleep.The care was just fantastic really special care came out to the car as and put him to sleep there. Compassionate just wonderful at a heartbreaking time.

Fantastic experience: I had my puppy in for her check ups, especially when she got her recent vaccine. Each and every single one of the staff members are so friendly and made me feel so welcome, as you walk into reception, until you leave after revisiting the review of my doggy from the vets and nurses. I would highly recommend the vets for every reason, I think they’re exceptional at their work.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment ,and then refused to see my German shepherd who was muzzled and harnessed and I was told to give him medicine because he's a gaurd dog after making a 30 minute travel. As if I'd had valium or Xanax in my pocket . Disgrace cause lots off issues these are qualified vets who cannot deal with a big dog absolute disgrace. Wouldn't advise giving them a Ram if they can't deal with a muzzled dog.

Positive experience: I phoned first thing this morning on opening at 9am about my 4 year old female Jack Russell as her breathing was dreadful. They arranged to see me shortly thereafter. Very prompt, thorough examination and antibiotics and antiinflammatory medication was prescribed for homecare to help her with a chest infection. She is snoozing and comfortable now.

Fantastic experience: Our biggest dog Thunder was here in tuesday for a dental check up, scale and polish, he is an old boy now, so they go the extra mile to ensure that he is fit for treatment thankfully a clean bill of health and nice white shiny teeth too!! Not bad for an 11 year old pup

Fantastic experience: I just want to say a massive thank you to Mulroy vets . We were on holiday in Downings and our dog Tess sustained a really bad fracture . We were in a total panic but found Mulroy vets and they responded immediately . They splinted it and sent all info to the specialist vet in Belfast. She took a bad reaction to the sedative and they kept us informed throughout , it was quite a scare . They were extremely professional which was just what we needed in the midst of sheer panic . She has since had her operation which seems to have been a success . But we just want to say a heartfelt thank-you to you all . Sharon crawford xo

Fantastic experience: Where i was expecting to get the worse news possible for my dog the vet gave me the best news that my dog didn't have to be put to sleep, I can't but highly rate these vets

Positive experience: The two vets that came out to my pony were both lovely and treated her with a lot patients and kindness as she is nervous of vets We were very impressed . However when I rang the surgery to enquire about extra medicine and mabe a follow up visit. They never returned my call. We feel very disapointed and had to get another vet out for a second opinion. We felt that customer service for aftercare was appalling.
