Negative experience: I was looking to find a vet in my area as I had just moved. The receptionist was a nightmare to talk to. I'm not sure if I just happened to catch her when she was having a bad day or she treats customers this badly all the time. She talked all over me, shouted at me when I asked about making an appointment. I decided to leave it and found another vet where the receptionist was helpful and friendly. I wouldn't recommend this practice. The vet's maybe be ok, but the receptionist is a nightmare to deal with. Just seen a reply for my review on this vet clinic. I did speak to the receptionist from this clinic but her replying saying she doesn't recall our conversation is not really helpful. All I know is in my experience the receptionist from this vet clinic was unhelpful to the point I sought another clinic. I have to be honest and just give my experience at the end of the day. Not sure what she thinks she will achieve by denying I had ever spoken to her.

Negative experience: Awful practice, the receptionist was so rude to me that she shouted all over me when I tried to ask her a query. Don't bring your pet's here as if they receptionist thinks it's OK to treat humans like that. I can't imagine the way they treat the animals that can't speak up for themselves. To respond to the reply I received from this Vet clinic, to clarify the phone reception was perfect and very clear. The fact they are using a bad connection as a excuse for rudeness and being totally unprofessional totally sums up this practice attitude to their customer service or lack of it as in this case. I have heard since I'm not the only person that have found the Receptionist in this practice incredibly rude. Instead of offer an apology and offering to provide a professional response this practice make excuses, what an awful way to run a business. The owner should seriously think of the impact this rude receptionist is having on their practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent veterinary clinic. Such a kind vet, phoned on Saint Patrick's Day (which was a Sunday) and he opened his clinic within 15 minutes after I phoned he saw my Dog and gave him pain relief straight away, examined him and gave me antibiotics and medicine for him. Thank you Pat.
