Fantastic experience: I had to put my cat Luna down yesterday and these people were so compassionate with us. I'm so glad I move to this vet. You won't go wrong. From the beginning they explained everything in detail and phoned twice to give report on how she was doing.

Fantastic experience: Moved vets today, wonderful experience with veterinarian Aisling. She explained everything so clearly to me so I fully understood what was going on and how we deal with it going forward and was so lovely to my dog Fifi. I felt so happy leaving that fifi got wonderful care. The reception was also so lovely, friendly and kind. I will definitely say a wonderful veterinary practice thank you so much for such great care of my little baby.

Fantastic experience: I had a feral cat neutered under a subsidised scheme sponsored by Ten Lives Cat Rescue. The vet was professional and performed the operation at the appointed time with no problems.

Fantastic experience: Got my cat spayed here and had no problems what so ever, very friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: My dog was in getting a procedure done the reception staff were very friendly the vet also rang me when he was finished to let me know that all went OK which I thought was a nice touch will definitely be using them again the after care was excellent

Positive experience: Rachel is a lovely vet - professional, gentle and caring. The practice, however, is much more pricey than the regular vet we go to. (For teeth cleaning), which is why I would give three stars.

Fantastic experience: Although I have never been to this clinic, you have truly the best vet working here - Rachel Saunders. We are registered with City Vets in Waterford and late Sunday night needed emergency treatment for our young dog. Rachel answered the emergency number straight away and met us in the New Ross clinic which was the clinic for emergencies on that night. Rachel met us straight away and was so helpful, patient and explained everything so well to us. We genuinely could not have hoped to meet a more kind and diligent vet who made the situation as comfortable as possible for our dog and saved his life. We are forever grateful to Rachel and Highfield Vets/City vets for having such an amazing vet on their team. Thank you so much Rachel again.

Negative experience: Rushed service, no much attention given. We got medications from this clinic for little kitten which wasnt suitable for his weight. We ended in emergency vet clinic/hospital and showed to doctor and he said it was too strong. Tubes and brand of med are the same but indications clearly says up to 4kg and we were given 4_8kg medication. Lesson learned choose ur vet carefully!!!!

Fantastic experience: Peter gave us Excellent care & knowledge and advice about problems caused by Brexit relating to pet passports and taking our dog between Ireland and England. Peter spent the time to examine our existing vaccination paperwork and to explain the situation caused by Brexit and what we needed to do to ensure no problems at customs traveling back, and gave our dog the necessary medications. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
