Negative experience: Stay away from this vet! My family brought their dog here on friday after she had a puppy at home. The vet here told them there wasnt any more pups in her after doing a scan and gave her sedatives even though she had a muzzle on her.We brought her home where her condintion just got worse only to rush her to kildare emergency vets that evening to be told there was a deceased puppy in her for over 12 hours and the infection sepsis had spread through her even operating wouldnt change anything so we had to let her be put to sleep because this vets missed the problem. They are absolutely devasted and their dog would still be alive if tyrells actually done their job they only want your money they dont care about your beloved animals

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! This so-called veterinary clinic is the most unprofessional and careless place I have ever encountered. My dog, Valentina, was already weak when I took her in for a consultation on Thursday, having barely eaten or drunk water in over a week. The vet, Megan, scheduled a tooth extraction for the following morning and gave me antibiotics to administer until then. The next day, just before I left, the owner (who I don't even know if she's a real vet or just someone pretending to be in charge) called me to cancel the surgery due to an "emergency." She said they would reschedule and call me back later that day. No one called. I had to track them down myself, calling in the afternoon, only to be told my dog ​​could come in on Tuesday after the holiday. I was given no instructions on continuing the antibiotics or pain management. Nothing. On Sunday and Monday, my dog ​​was in critical condition. When my partner brought her in on Tuesday morning, she was barely alive. They took her for an "evaluation" and kept her there all day, doing absolutely nothing. When she went to pick her up, they'd left her outside in a pen with a lamp, alone and untreated. Who does that to a sick animal? I had to call them again on Wednesday, demanding painkillers because my dog ​​was suffering. Only then did they "prepare" an anti-inflammatory, but only because I specifically asked for it. I'm not a vet. I shouldn't have to guess what treatment my dog ​​needs. The lack of concern and professionalism was beyond shocking. That same Wednesday, when I returned because Valentina was getting worse, I confronted them about their complete lack of professionalism and their failure to provide her with any treatment. The woman raised her voice at me and started to say, "If you're not happy..." but then realized what she was going to say and stopped mid-sentence. Then she quickly changed her demeanor and said, "But I did prepare the anti-inflammatory for her." And that's when I said, "Yes, you prepared it because I asked for it, not because the doctor cared enough to do it herself." While there, I explained that she was acting drunk, weak, and unbalanced. The vet didn't even take her temperature, and at my insistence, he gave her an antibiotic. That night, at 2 a.m., we woke up to find her burning with fever. I was desperate, feeling completely helpless. My partner and I had to force-feed her water with a pipete cool her with an ice pack, and give her water with a little sugar just to keep her alive. Finally, I took her to VetCare, where they did a proper blood test. Now I understand why she was in such terrible condition: her kidneys are damaged by dehydration and infection, all because they left her without treatment for days! This clinic doesn't care about your pet's life. They are incompetent, negligent, and They're only interested in your money. If you love your pet, take it somewhere else. Now my dog is undergoing treatment but still I don’t know if she will be saved.

Fantastic experience: Brought my dog to see Megan a few days ago. I was very nervous as my dog has always been reactive to strangers, within 2 minutes of being there I knew I was nervous for no reason, she was outstanding with Duke. Unfortunately it was time to let him go and I honestly can’t praise Megan enough she made the worst day bearable for us, she even waited for my daughters to get there so they could say goodbye too. The kindness and compassion shown to us is something I will never forget and will always be grateful for. Outstanding service

Fantastic experience: Kindest most understanding vets dealt with the loss of our labrador Suki and the team were so compassionate and she was put to sleep nice and easy. We had some financial trouble and the team held onto her ashes for us, we came home today expecting just the ashes but there was a lovely pine box urn with her name engraved onto a little plaque most comforting surprise on a hard day for my family. I cannot thank all of you enough for making this painful process that but easier through each interaction. Highly highly recommended!
