Negative experience: My cat was nearly dying and they just left the cat there because we didn’t bring the money with us and they left her there until we paid

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely experience with vet Isabel today. She is very good at her job and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to give my very nervous cat her vaccinations quickly and seemingly with no pain. She has a calm approach to cats, reducing stress. 10/10

Fantastic experience: These are some of the kindest, cheeriest, most information-explaining and supportive vets! They make sure the animals don't have a single thing yo stress about, and Sergio made my two cats feel so at home when they were getting their yearly vaccines!

Negative experience: I don't recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone, and I certainly won't bring my pet there or call them again. They don't deserve a single star. When I called to make an appointment for my very sick dog and explained her symptoms, the reception woman couldn't find her in the system, then said they don’t take new animals, only current patients. It's a scandal. People who lack empathy, especially in this line of work, shouldn't work in a place where saving a life should be a priority. The dog left surrounded by her loved ones and taken care of by another veterinary clinic, but I leave the behavior of the woman from this veterinary clinic to her conscience and I will warn future customers because it is a waste of time to call here.

Fantastic experience: The best Vet clinic I ever been. Outstanding service. Amazing staff. I came from other town for my dogs heart scan 2 year in row and there were no waiting in que. Whenever we arrived dog was taken in for scan and job was done very fast. I did like very kind, friendly attitude from everyone I met there during these visits. Despite I have got vet clinics in my town, but service there are not us good as in All Pets. I rather prefer to travel 30 miles away and always get positive customer experience here in Drogheda.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed. I have been taking my dog to this clinic for almost four years. The vets and nurses are great, but the reception service is not very good. I went there last Wednesday, and the receptionist was very rude to me. I was asking about an administrative process, and she told me that the information could only be provided by a vet. If that’s the case, why have people at the front desk to assist customers? Fortunately, another receptionist was very kind and gave me the information I needed, and I was able to resolve the issue with my dog’s documents. Additionally, email communication is poor when you need to get information.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best care for your pets in the area. Always professional and complex service from doctors and staff. They are all very helpful and ready to answer all your questions. The clinic also send reminders about visits or potential treatments. You can buy quality products onsite (food) or get stuff for basic treatment without scheduling an appointment. My dog and cats don't have any complains :) and were never traumatized after the visit.

Positive experience: Review edit after last visit and now history with Allpets: I already left a review with 5 stars and majority of staff really deserves 5 star or even more, but I believe that things that could be improved should be said. Hence once star off. 18/09/2025- I think you should update your website for appointment settings and add in the drop-down menu option to choose a health check and not consultant. I received a text informing me to book an appointment for a health check for our cat, but after following link, the closest option I was able to choose was consultant (which wasn't correct but that's the only thing I could choose). On the 2nd page in the description was saying "health check" which was fine. Yesterday after finishing, my wife was a the reception embarrassing herself and trying to explain the staff that we didn't have any consultancy services but regular health check. She was told that 60 euros is the costs for both Bravecto and worming tablets for our pets even though we are on Allpets health plan! Every time something is going on with either your system or your staff isn't informed about something and we have to explain ourselves that we are paying health plan! This is really annoying and it should be sorted. Oh yes, and you should hold a staff training about medications or whatever as we are receiving contradictory informations about it. A year ago, our cat (when one of the staff wasn't able to give a worming tablet) gave us some solution instead that goes on his neck, claiming that this is same as the tablet. Fast forward to my next visit and one other staff member said "this solution is weaker and tablet works better". Again, I said, fine, you know better than me and I am more than happy to go back to the tablets. We will give him the tablet if it's a trouble for you on a day we visit. I even asked this to be changed in the system. Yesterday, again, another twist as nurse (or vet, I am not sure but I won't name her) told us that solution is better. Firstly I asked why she didn't give us the tablet as this is what shoud've been in the system. I tried to explain my history of conversations over last almost 2 years, but she just reacted sharply like"okay, whatever you want" (?!!) Now, is this the way how you consult your clients? Eventually we left with the tablet, but confused because she even said that the tablet doesn't cover tapeworm but solution does. I guess it is better for me to use Google than to trust the staff. I have to add that our Frenchie had BOAS surgery almost a year ago and staff was great and Greg did a great job! Really thank you all for everything! Again this is 10 stars review! :))) This review was left after our first visit: It was really great experience for us first-time cat owners! Everyone was so kind and helpful, just great! I would like to recommend Allpets to everyone with warm heart ❤️

Fantastic experience: We have switched to AllPets Vet Hospital in the past couple of years and have been more than happy with their professionalism, response to requests, some of which urgent and overall care. We have 9 pets, thus, we do need to visit them quite often, not only for regular yearly vaccinations, but for emergencies at points as well. We have interacted with numerous vets, vet nurses and admins, and they have all been responsive and kind, as well as knowledgeable. Trusting our pet babies in their hands is really important to us and they have not disappointed us.

Fantastic experience: I adopted my cat Leon in January of this year, and in March he was diagnosed with FIP. The vets and staff at AllPets have gone above and beyond to secure treatment and help get him happy and healthy again. It has been an terrifying ordeal, but they been such an incredible source of knowledge and comfort throughout it. The facilities are very thoughtfully set up. The separate entrances and waiting areas for cats and dogs are such a nice touch, and the examination rooms are so good for getting pets in and out without too much contact with other pets or people. The ladies at reception are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The nurses and vets are fantastic and have truly gone out of their way to make sure that Leon is comfortable with them. It's very clear that everyone here has such a love and passion for animals. I'm so grateful for all the love and care they've given my boy. I cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all staff at All pets Veterinary Hospital for the treatment and care they gave to our beloved cat Gatito. I would especially like to thank Vet Ryan o' Hara who improved the quality of her life in her last months with us. Unfortunately for us it became obvious that it was time to let her go and vet Ryan O' Hara gave us the dignity of professional information and choice.He treated us with the utmost care and professionalism during her passing. We will forever miss our Queen but I would highly recommend AllPets Veterinary Hospital for the treatment and care of your beloveds

Negative experience: Bringing my new kitten Simba here was already stressing me out and the girl named Patrycja Buczynska made it worse. Literally zero ethics and was arguing with me the whole time. This put me under so much pressure which was not necessary and then I saw her telling her colleagues that she won’t cut Simba’s nails because she couldn’t cut. I mean if they can’t cut the nails who is gonna do it? Even though she has a certificate in emergency critical care. But zero morals and ethics and making fun of pets owners with her colleagues absolutely disgusting! Never again!

Fantastic experience: This evening I brought an elderly feral cat to be put to sleep in Allpets I had to get a lend of a large dog cage as found impossible to get cat into smaller cage the staff in Allpets is amazing how they are trained with feral cats the lady in reception is very friendly and really looked after us. Fantastic experience: This is an excellent vet practice. We have had many experiences over the years with our cats and dogs . Arnie our frenchie has definitely kept them.on their toes .He has received the best of care to date and the staff and surgeons show a genuine love of animals and dedication to their work .. Ann marie and Greg I would imagine know his file by heart at this stage . Insurance has covered some of the costs and the practice are helpful in dealing with the insurance claims . I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of a vet that they feel has a genuine love of animals.

Negative experience: On Sunday evening we brought our cat to All Pets and whatever the treatment they had given him his hind legs became weak and wobbly and he literally couldn’t walk. We think they made a poor diagnosis and we are not too happy with the outcome because their charges are exorbitant. Would suggest people who have a dog or cat keep a close eye on what these people are doing. Their treatment for our cat was no use as they disabled our beautiful cat,

Fantastic experience: Brought my dog here for the first time for her booster shots after moving to Drogheda. Reception staff were lovely, even gave her a little bag of treats when we were leaving. Vet was very patient with my dog and made sure she was comfortable before administering the shots and doing a health check. Clinic was clean and well laid out. Highly recommend this veterinary practice for your fuzzy children.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could award ten stars! I cannot recommend All Pets enough. My little rescue JRT had to be spayed and have mammary tumours removed and promptly. This was not a problem for All Pets. Missy was seen within two days of me making my first appointment, the surgery happening not long after that. All my questions were answered and any fears allayed. Thankfully, the operation was a success and her aftercare was second to none. I was updated regularly and when I took her home the next day, I knew she would be fine as I was so well briefed by the veterinary nurse. All subsequent follow-up visits were so lovely - Missy being welcomed like an old friend. There is no stopping her now. She has been given a brilliant second shot at life thanks to All Pets.

Fantastic experience: I can not express my gratitude for the care of my dog lucy recently , I have used all pets for about 10 years now , with my previous dog and now our new puppy . Unfortunately our pup got very sick very suddenly and ann-maire and the team did everything possible to save her and thankfully she made a full recovery !! Fantastic experience: I give allpets a 5 star rating. I have a small timid dog and they treat her like she is their own. You can tell they love animals.

Negative experience: My cat had a stroke and lost any movement in his legs, I begged for an emergency app but was refused as we frequented westgate who had no emergency services. Westgate said call allpets and allpets said they won't take westgate patients. I drove an hour to summerhill as my cats lungs filled with fluid. He suffered every minute as his stroke worsened, ten min to drogheda vs an hour to summerhill as he's dying. Apparently allpets and westgate are owned by same people. Both left my boy to die so not surprised

Fantastic experience: Poor Millie was not well at all and was in shock by the time I reached the Vet. They say me down, took Millie in for treatment straight away, receptionist made me a cup of tea!After they attended to Millie the Vet took me into a room and explained the diagnosis and course of action and why! Took a consent and told me to keep my phone on as they would update me. Got an update that evening. Thank God Millie is progressing well.We were offered the opportunity to visit her the next day . I felt well informed throughout the whole process , they wee realistic about outcomes and the updates alleviated our anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Im always so happy with the care Allpets provide, I've been going there since they opened up originally and have a number of pets so I'd be in regularly enough. All the staff are brilliant. I had my dog Molly in today for a dental and my cat Wednesday for an eye infection, couldn't be happier with all their help. I can't get over how clean Molly's teeth are and how good her form is afterwards. Wednesday's eye is looking much better already after only a few hours too. Thanks so much for all the help! Update: i had my 11 year old cat in today and as normal i was delighted with the service. This vets also seems to frequently help wildlife. Another update: had my older cat in today and as usual I was delighted with the help, I'd recommend anyone to go here.

Fantastic experience: My dog Misty was very ill and I was extremely concerned.I rang and made an appointment straight away which was not a problem.The receptionist was(and always are!) so friendly and accommodating.When I got there I was most impressed with the place ,bright, modern and immaculate.The vets who treated Misty were extremely gentle and caring to Misty.I was reassured and everything was explained.Misty’s treatment is ongoing but I am so grateful for the whole experience of Allpets!They are the cat’s(all animals)pyjamas !!Thank you Allpets!
