Vet was very professional and gentle with the cat ..... she explaind every thing she was doing and giving him in layman's terms.... he is doing great. He met the vet who was very kind and gentle and gave Charlie the attention and rubs required to relax as a nevous visitor. Wish i had changed Veterinary clinics sooner. Fantastic experience: Lovely and clean. There was only one customer allowed in the building at anyone time. Vet was very good and solved the cat's issues. She got 2 injections and tablets to take. Consultation €35 injections and tablets €17 total €52..

Positive experience: I've been a few times and the staff we're very helpful and helped my dogs, the last time I went with my dog for an appointment I was left waiting in the rain on a cold day with my dog after walking there and the vet never showed up. I know it's not fair to just complain when the one bad thing happens but I never got a follow up call or an apology so I actually don't know if I would return or find someone new.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend st Francis Veterinary Clinic highly enough. Been to the clinic many times with my animals, mainly to Clare who has just the most wonderful manner with animals and has always been quick to diagnose and treat whatever is wrong. I've had to call her on a Sunday and she is the first vet I've called out of hours that doesn't attempt to get me to wait until Monday morning! All staff I've encountered at St Francis have been so helpful and so kind to my animals and they are 100% the best veterinary practice in Carlow.
