Fantastic experience: Natasha was super with my boy! Thank you for taking such good care of us for our BVA

Negative experience: While the clinical care here was professional, I was deeply disappointed by the pricing and lack of transparency. I was quoted €800 for my cat’s eye surgery. Because I simply didn't have that amount, my cat was left waiting in discomfort for almost three months while I desperately tried to find a way to afford it. ​I eventually found another vet not too far away who performed the surgery for between €150 and €200...... €600 difference for the same procedure is insane & very extreme... If this clinic truly puts the welfare of animals first, I feel they should have informed me that more affordable options were available elsewhere when they saw I couldn't afford their quote. Because they didn't, my cat suffered for months unnecessarily. Please get a second opinion before committing to treatment here...

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Natasha is brilliant. Brought my dog for surgery on her cataracts due to diabetes. She left the clinic with vision the very next day. My dog was well looked after I had regular updates after her surgery and she was monitored with great care. Thank you to all at eye vets.

Fantastic experience: I went here on 3 occasions first for my little jack Russell peachs and due to a glaucoma her eye had to be surgical removed I did not know the pain she was in before but after her treatment with Fiona she is a new DOG loves life and is in no pain at all her treatment was amazing they even kept her teddy with her And returned it safe for me. I then had a panic emergency with my Bambino cat Stella the girls Natasha and Fiona were amazing once again I'm treating her and even preventing Amy surgery needed they treated her with medication and a 3 week check in she is now alot better and I just can't thank them enough especially Fiona for having the love and care for my girls health and comfort

Fantastic experience: Great clinic, lovely, knowledgeable & kind staff.

Negative experience: Be aware of this place. it was 110eur(consultation fee) just to take a look at my dog eye(cherry eye problem) , and 5 eur for eye drops, its all take less than 10 minutes. Ofc, they didnt told me before that this 'consultation fee' will be as much as it is. In some other place, its almost the surgery price.
