Fantastic experience: We have been with these Vets since yearly 2010s. Our beloved Staffy (Sandy) was loyal customer until her last breath, which also happened in the clinic. The staff are very knowledgeable, compassionate and go above and beyond for each pet and customer. Anna (owner) is the shining star, so no wonder why she has such a great, dedicated team surrounding her. Will remain customer for life without any doubt!

Fantastic experience: An amazing clinic, we felt like at home. A lot of attention was given both to the pet and to the owner. The result is wonderful — my cat was cured even though I had very little hope left. I thank Anna and her wonderful team.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Had a hedgehog hit by a strimmer. Just needed to be euthanised humanely. Was refused. As far as im aware this is illegal under the veterinary practice act 2005?

Fantastic experience: These vets trust owners to know their pets, and theyre so gentle with the animals. I've two dogs, both highly anxious, one fearful, one that can be difficult, but they are so well looked after and neither dog is afraid of going to see them.

Negative experience: Would give zero if possible....as useful as chocolate tea pot...simply refusing helping pets.

Negative experience: Terrible service at the reception, no professionalism, no empathy, no skills, very lazy. If the animal was in an agony state, they would not organize a visit because it was a fully booked! No recommend, complete disaster.

Negative experience: Worst of the worst. Lost 2 cats there. Money motivated, poor poor service. A guy cannot even speak English, be careful with them and the rude receptionist. Dont let the admin guy to put to sleep your pet. My cat suffered for no reason.

Negative experience: They don't care about your pet, they don't care about you. All they care about is money. Prices are ~3 times more then other vets yet they couldn't identify my cats gender...

Positive experience: This appointment was for our dog Maury's annual shots. The receptionist was polite and friendly, as were the staff. They have empathy for the animals they care for. We had another dog called Bingles, so we've been going to Healthy Pets for years. They consistently deliver a high quality service in a warm and friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: I use to go to another vet in town after being with them for 10 years and when my pet went blind from a reaction to her yearly booster i went back to them and just got well she is a old dog I was not happy so I moved to healthy pet what a difference they are so nice and so gentle with the animals and my dog has gone to them a few time and she does not even get stressed to go to the vet. If there were more them 5 stars healthy pet definitely are well worth it best vet in town⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: These people should NOT be practising veterinary medicine at all. They killed my best friend (my cat), and beloved companion. They killed him through misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. Their emergency services are a joke and do not allocate staff or resources to actually cover animal emergency services properly. The owner "gaslighted" me about my cat's death and refused to take any responsibility for the lack of care for him. I will NEVER take another animal to this "vet".
