Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to the staff and vet David for looking after my wee shih zhu she wasn’t well he advised me on the treatment and a operation had to be done even after she got the best of care would recommend them over and over again plus reassured me that she would be well looked after so thank you so much for everything

Fantastic experience: We had our beloved dog Harvey put to sleep here on the first of May and I have to say the staff were very nice especially the young male vet who was present in the room with us, he is a credit to this practice, he was very gentle and patient and gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes.

Negative experience: This is by far the most disgraceful and heartless veterinary clinic I have ever encountered. When our dog’s life was in immediate danger after swallowing a very large bone during a walk, we rushed here desperately for help. Instead of showing compassion or fulfilling the duty of care that any veterinary professional should have, they coldly refused to see our dog simply because we were not their “registered clients.” While every minute mattered, they turned us away without the slightest concern for the fact that this was a life-or-death emergency. Sadly, our beloved dog passed away because of their complete lack of humanity, professionalism, and responsibility. A veterinary clinic is supposed to save lives and show empathy, but what we experienced here was the opposite — indifference, arrogance, and a total disregard for the life of an animal in need. The staff should be ashamed. If you love your pets, avoid this place at all costs. They failed us in the worst possible way, and I hope no one else has to experience such cruelty and negligence

She offered time for any questions and was so gentle with me dog . I normally use bridge house and I will continue to do so . Thanks

Negative experience: We took a cat to have a tooth pulled. They didn't operate, they diagnosed a tumor. The diagnosis was wrong because the cat had a polyp that was operated on at another hospital. They wanted to put her to sleep. This is unacceptable to us.

Fantastic experience: I took my dog Shep into these vets months ago as I thought he needed to be put to sleep. I saw Peter who advised to give him some medication for his arthritis first to see if it worked. It definitely did ease his pain. Last week he was having trouble with his mobility ( he is 17). I knew it was time to take him back, it broke my heart but I had to think what was best for him. I saw Stephanie ( such a lovely compassionate vet) and Rebecca the same. I was given time to say my goodbyes. I stayed with Shep through the process and it was so peaceful for him. Many thanks to PJ Boyle as well as my initial conversation was with him by phone. I would definitely recommend these vets. It is out of the way and a very calming practice for any pet.

Fantastic experience: Very good and careing vets. My wife had to get my rambo put down . They were so kind and careing. Even though they were not my vet at the time they said come in we will fit you in and they did. I have since brought my rabbits to this vet for neutering and they really did an amazing job on them. The after care is fab they were neutered on thurs and they want to check on them on saturday and pain meds supplied also. I would highly recomend this practice and will now be my only vet

Fantastic experience: Staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We have a few pets which all have been seen by this clinic and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. My daughter's rabbit had to be put to sleep recently and obviously she was devastated, however the staff could not have been better with her. They explained everything to her in a way she would understand and they allowed her as much time in a separate room as she wanted to say her goodbyes. Can't thank the staff enough for this. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Fantastic Veterinary Practice. The Vet called Peter, is Really nice, and was Amazing with my nervous Jack Russell girl, when I took her in recently for her Annual Booster Vaccine. He gave her a complete Health Check, after taking the time to Calm her down and gain her Trust. The Prices are Very Low as well, Not that it's about Money, I actually think they should be charging More, because they're Equally as good, if not Better, than the other Vets I've been to in this town. They also sell a large variety of different Pet Foods and Accessories, like Dog Leads etc., I was Extremely Impressed and Will Happily go there again.

Negative experience: Expensive..been 4 times with the same problem with my dog and it still hasn't been solved and I have to pay every time I go!

Negative experience: I am really mad! I have 4 cats, 2 girls I brought for neutering and chipping lately. Not just that the one on the phone (she must be new) is rude, but I was about to update the credentials of the chip in the system. So I have the documents of my two cats in my hand and see, both were vaccinated!!! I clearly!!!! told them not to do it!!! And they ignored that!!! Someone else picked up my cats because I was working, and she got tablets because she was constantly getting sick. I had to ring at least 8!! times to get the information what was wrong with her, how I have to give the tablets and what was happening! Wow... I am raging! Looking for an other vet now. UPDATE: Yesterday they told me to ring me back today, they don´t even have the decency to do this!!!!

I'm very happy with the service easy to get appointment . The vet was very friendly and helpful we had a nice talk before appointment You can follow the appointment all the time thru the window . About the price I would say it's not expensive comparing with others in the town. I would recommend this veterinary definitely and I will came back

Fantastic experience: Called the clinic out of hours regarding a sick pup.Steven the vet couldn't have been more helpful and attentive on the phone and gave us some very sound advice whilst also letting us know we could contact him through the night if needs be.we ended up calling him early the next morning and bringing our puppy in and again the same superb service was given.Puppy Ted is on the mend and will be now attending any future visits with this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the vets over the last few years with my cats and also my dad's dog. They are incredibly helpful and very caring. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: My review has totally been changed from 5 stars to 1. As I had below the team were great helping Snowy out...when we were paying them big money. However about 3 weeks ago we took Snowy into them on a Monday morning because he was dying in our arms. There was no life left in him and we were TURNED AWAY because we didn't have an appointment. They didn't even say to hang around, we were outright told 'no we have other people here for appointments. We thought these people would have some empathy for the animals as well as running a business. We left and took him down to Healthy Pets on the Ard Easmuinn road and explained the situation. They took us in STRAIGHT away even before another lady who had an appointment. I'm going to leave my other comments below so you can see how grateful we were for Bridge House but after this day it shows how the owner (not the veterinary nurses, they are amazing) is all about making money. Would not recommend these guys. Go to Anna in Healthy Pets, you can see the love she has for the animals radiating off of her. __________________________________________ I can't recommend here enough! The staff are all brilliant and reasonably priced considering they're saving your animal. My cat had to be taken in and out to them for the course of 3 weeks and he kept opening a wound, they never once said anything bad about having to treat him over and over again and they worked so hard to get him all fixed up for us! Can't say enough great things about them and Snowy will forever be thankful!!

Fantastic experience: I have to say that PJ Boyle is one in a million. When George my body was fighting cancer he always treated me with compassion. He also told me that I would know when he had to be put asleep. That was a brutal day for me but both PJ and staff treated me and George with such affection

The vets don't ask you much they check your pet from nose to tale and you won't be worried about price yes like every thing else you need to pay but they are not going to send you out to mortgage your home they will charge you an affordable price all while giving your pet the best of care it makes me wish I had I tail. You won't go wrong bye taking your pet here

Fantastic experience: Great emergency care for my pet cat. Nice and calm inside which helped greatly. Great range of products for your pets. Very reasonably priced. The clinic is in unit 5 within the same compound as Lalley Electrical Store, and next to Fyffes car parts. Head down to the Wogan Interiors turning and turn up towards the council office direction; take your first left onto Coes Road and first left again.
