Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Highfield Vet in Naas and Dr John in particular. I have recently moved to Ireland and was handled with the utmost care and compassion. Dr John is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and it is apparent that he is not just doing a job, but rather that this is his vocation. He helped me say goodbye to my dog, Toni, in a way that I will never forget. Thank you, thank you and bless you.

Fantastic experience: We had a membership for 4 years for our cat and it was the most hospitable and kind staff that we have ever met. I highly suggest this veterinary clinic as the help we received was fantastic. I would highly suggest their pet plans to anyone with a pet. It saved alot of money on pet visits. I would also love to thank Martha for being very supportive and helpful. (Photo added of our cat who is no longer with us, he got cancer in his lower jaw, we had two options but one seemed inhumane and unfair to him. So we had to do the hardest choice.) Even during this hard time the veterinary clinic has helped us alot with everything.

Positive experience: The staff are compassionate and professional. 2023 they came to my house so I could let my baby of 14 eternally sleep, they were so quite and accommodating, it was all in our own time, no rush. I have 3 other dogs which they look after, and I always find them brilliant, caring, and open to questions.

Negative experience: Last Wednesday, I brought my elderly dog into them for surgery to remove a lump on her abdomen, everything was fine until I brought her in 3 days later for her check up told that her draining tube was inside her and they insisted on putting through another sedation to find out more even though I suggested an x-ray and a ultrasound. And the vet didn't listen to my suggestion as they said "it won't show up on x-ray or ultrasound" they later went on about her eye that was done during the surgery and have we given her eyedrops which wasn't given at the time of her discharge last Wednesday. And promptly demanded that I get eye drops from them which were €19 and was never suggested or given on the same day. Very disappointed with staff members as I felt not heard and cared about what I had to say about my dogs health.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Picked up m’lord from the groomers to be told he has an abscess. My vet was in surgery so called Naas and they fit me in within a few hours. Problem sorted by Martha in a few minutes. Toby can be temperamental for very little reason with strangers. He stayed relaxed through the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Highfield Vetinary in Naas. We got an appointment quickly after our dog had been unwell during the night, and were given great guidance for keeping our food mad but sensitive-tummyed dog happy and healthy. Our dog enjoyed the visit and the vet was brilliant with him

I posted this a year ago and unfortunately my lily went to heaven. I cannot thank the team enough for all their support lily was always so calm and comfortable when visiting.

Fantastic experience: Can't praise the staff in Highfield Maynooth enough. We have been attending Highfield with our dog Benny for years and I couldn't recommend them enough. We had to say goodbye to Benny a few days ago and all the staff were so compassionate and professional. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and couldn't have been nicer to Benny.

Not only did they treat our dog who is like a family member well but they were excellent about getting her scheduled and double-checking her paperwork to make sure there were no hiccups through customs, (there weren't.) Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I tried to reply to your comment but I don't seem to be given an option for that. I was there In December 2021 with my dog. His name is Carlos. I moved his files to another vet in naas striaght after as the vet, Aisling, was very rude and made a very inappropriate comment. I also visited twice in 2020 with my rabbits. All under my name.

They took my cat in immediately when I rang for an emergency appointment and kept him in until he was well enough to go home. Sharon, Kerry, Kerry and Aoife made sure to update me whenever I rang and constantly rang me to make sure I knew how he was doing and answered any questions I had to try keep my mind at ease. They are nothing short of angels!! Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our baby!

Positive experience: My 2 kittens were neutered in the clinic and very well treated. They are 24hrs so if there is need contact them for any emergencies there are available, they also gave us a lot of instructions since it is the first time we have cats so I'd recommend.
