Fantastic experience: The entire team are very caring and reassuring in guiding to the best route of care. They always look after my dog and make sure both her and myself are at ease throughout and following treatment.

Fantastic experience: Naas veterinary clinic are excellent, our second time having our dog visit here. Staff are very professional and welcoming. We have had our dog’s teeth deep cleaned under appointment a year ago and also recently treated her eye this morning at last minute. Rebecca was very informative and helpful, highly recommended this clinic

Negative experience: I recently found a friendly lost dog who clearly belonged to someone and brought her to this vet to have her microchip scanned in the hope of finding her owners. As I was on my way to work and unable to keep the dog with me, I asked if the practice could take her. They refused, which left me in a very awkward position and meant I had to leave with the dog despite being on my way to work. I have been in this situation before where an alternative vets at the top of the town were more then happy to take the dog in. This experience gave me the impression that helping a lost animal was not a priority unless there was a paying customer involved. When someone takes the time to stop, help a lost dog and try to reunite it with its owner, you would hope for a little more support from a veterinary practice. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Positive experience: Had to bring my cat in as he was unwell and Amy the vet was great with him and really gave him a good check over and was very helpful with his care as its not easy to get medication into him.

Special thanks to nurse Rebecca and vet Marianna who were just absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt supported, understood, and held. The team treated our beautiful little doggy with such gentleness and dignity, and they treated myself and my partner with incredible empathy. They took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions, and gave us space to say goodbye in a calm, peaceful environment. Their sensitivity made the most difficult day of our lives feel just a little more bearable. Thank you for being so caring, for loving animals the way you do, and for helping our lovely girl pass with the grace and comfort she deserved. We’ll never forget your kindness. Thank you

We'd previously tried 2 other vets in Naas Town and were not happy with either, Naas Veterinary Clinic is great though, very professional and very friendly. Our dog is not great with people but they are very empathetic and know just how to handle him

Fantastic experience: I worked with Paul a few years back and what stood out the most was his compassion for animals. Now I'm his client with my two very accident prone staffies. Paul and his team go above and beyond for my dogs and I will always be grateful. They're so caring, friendly and always so helpful. You couldn't get better care for your animals. Negative experience: We brought our dog in for biopsy of tumour on his foot . First sample was too small so had it repeated second sample inconclusive. Cost 250e no result. We have been informed when we rang to check his results he needs another biopsy which will incur further cost. ! Not happy with the service

Negative experience: Over the course of our visits, we repeatedly raised serious concerns about our kitten’s health, including clear red flags indicative of FIP. However, a doctor 1 dismissed these concerns outright, displaying what appeared to be a lack of knowledge, negligence, and indifference. The day before our kitten passed away, we brought him in again. At that point, he was extremely cold and had a severely distended belly—both of which are critical signs of FIP. Doctor 1 ignored the severity of his condition, stating that: • "He is cold because he is a Sphynx and it’s winter." (Sphynx cats do have a slightly higher body temperature than other cats, and no living being should be ice-cold.) • "It’s just fluid in his belly." (The amount of liquid present was extreme—one of the most obvious signs of wet FIP. Dismissing it as “just fluid” without taking urgent action is unacceptable.) The following day, when we rushed him back, another veterinarian (doctor 2) from the clinic immediately recognized the seriousness of his condition, expressed concern, and took action—placing him on IV and arranging for a transfer to UCD. Unfortunately, by then, it was too late, and he passed away within hours. While I want to acknowledge that other staff members we interacted with were compassionate and helpful, the ignorance, poor judgment, and lack of internal communication from the doctor 1 resulted in a heartbreaking outcome.

Negative experience: My cat died due to a delayed diagnosis and the dismissal of my wife's input on the issue. My wife left a fair comment on Google, describing both the shortcomings and the aspects that were handled properly. Instead of simply apologizing for the issue, the clinic manager called my wife and attempted to pressure her into deleting her comment. Mistakes happen, and that’s normal. What is not normal is trying to cover them up and pressuring someone who just lost a dear friend to remove a fair review. This is unprofessional and insensitive.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their professionalism was also apparent throughout our visit. We will definitely return. We highly recommend this place to others.

Fantastic experience: The vets and nurses are so empathic, I have a very nervous rescue dog and shes the happiest here than any other practice. No question is too small or insignificant and theyre as good at reassuring the pet guardians as the pets. You never feel rushed and they go at the patients pace not by a timetable. Cant recommend them highly enough. In Naas Vets, your pet is a valued patient, not a cash cow.

Fantastic experience: I took my Cocker Spaniel to Naas Veterinary Clinic to be neutered last week and could not have asked for a better service. From the moment we arrived, we could smell the cleanliness of the practice and were greeted by Rebecca who was extremely helpful. We were then introduced to the Veterinary Surgeon, who talked us through the whole procedure which put is at ease and we felt comfortable leaving little Rosie there for the day. We collected her that evening and Rebecca went through the aftercare and in fact phoned me the following day to make sure all was ok. Rosie recovered perfectly without any complications. I could highly recommend Naas Veterinary Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful vet! My pup got his ear bitten by a cat just after we moved to Ireland and the bleeding would not stop. I was a walk in and they saw him right away and patched him up. They were fantastic for his follow up visits. Excellent level of care, very friendly.
