Fantastic experience: Words can't express how grateful I am to Shona, Maeve and the bushy park team.i needed an emergency hospital appointment and living alone, I had no one to help me with my cat while I was in hospita having emergency. The bushy park team saved me big time by looking after my cat while I was in hospital , and could recover in peace.

Fantastic experience: I rang Bushypark Vets this Sunday morning about an issue with our little dog. We are not local and we are on the last day of our break here. A reviewer below below mentions the phrase "above and beyond" - well, I completely agree and I would like to thank the Vet on the phone for her professionalism and kind, caring attitude, offering me a couple of options for our dog. Thankfully our issue was small and quickly resolved but I had such peace of mind after talking to Bushypark Vets, I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond would be an understatement for the level of care provided by the staff at Bushypark. Cannot put into words how grateful we are for the hope, hospitality and ease provided for our injured cat (as well as ourselves) on such short notice. Genuinely the best vets in Galway!

Fantastic experience: If you want the peace of mind that your pet is in good hands, receives plenty of TLC and professional, knowledgeable care, and is looked after by people who are genuinely passionate about what they do, this is the vet you can trust. My dog has been treated here for chocolate poisoning, undergone cruciate ligament surgery, and received support during pancreatitis — and each time the care has been exceptional. We have always been extremely happy with the service and attention she received. She is usually a very nervous dog, but the staff at Bushypark Vets somehow know exactly how to help her relax and stay calm. Their kindness and expertise make all the difference. Thank you:)

Fantastic experience: The loveliest people, absolute experts in their field. They take such good care of feral cats, and give them a great start. Fantastic out of hours care, incredible care for Ms Calico a community cat who was in a traffic accident. They treated her on a Sunday morning at 3am. She’s thriving now, and is no longer a street cat. We’re lucky to have them in Galway ❤️

Fantastic experience: Bushypark Vet practice have taken the best care of our 5 year old retriever Teddy since he was 3 months old. They have always gone above and beyond with the kindness and attentiveness they have shown both Ted and ourselves as owners and we all so grateful for their constant care. They treat Ted as if he was their own any time they see him coming in and recommend them enough as vets and vet nurses in Galway!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank the team at Bushy Park Vet enough for their care and compassion last night. My girl Taima suddenly developed what looked like a hip injury, and they saw us quickly and treated her with such kindness. The vet and staff were incredibly gentle and reassuring — I immediately felt at ease, and so did Taima, which says a lot as she’s usually quite nervous at the vet. The clinic itself has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere; it never once felt clinical or cold. It genuinely feels like they care deeply for both pets and their owners. I’m so grateful for the way they looked after us, highly recommend Bushy Park Vet to anyone looking for a practice that truly goes above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Meave and her team at Bushy Park Vets are wonderful. We have been bringing our Maine Coon cat here for 2 years, and the care and attention they provide is simply incredible. In particular, I appreciate how they involve my son in her care, helping him feel part of the process and putting him at ease whenever she needs treatment. She receives regular attention for her long coat, vaccinations, and travel preparations. One weekend, our cat became ill after eating some yucca plant. Because of the great trust Meave and her team have built with us, when we were leaving her overnight, my son told our cat, “It’s okay, we’re leaving you in a 5-star cat hotel hospital, and the vet will take care of you really well.” I think that says it all. Bravo, Meave and team keep up your great work. We are all deeply grateful for the care and compassion you provide.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been bringing our kitten Donuts to Bushpark Vets and we’re truly grateful for the care she received from Maeve and Roisin. They were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive during a very stressful time. We always felt listened to and reassured. Thank you for taking such great care of our little girl!

Fantastic experience: The team here are the most caring and wonderful people. Unfortunately, we have been to vets in Galway that very obviously do not like cats but these guys love every animal that is brought in and it truly shows. Heartbreakingly, two of our cats were seriously ill and both times they did everything possible to diagnose, treat and keep pain to a minimum. That along with the gentleness and care that was shown meant the world to us. We were not there when one of our little ones went on her final journey to the rainbow bridge but knowing that she was surrounded by the angels here has honestly brought us such peace. This team go above and beyond for all of the animals in their care and for us guardians too. Thank you so much Amy and all of the staff at Bushypark you are honestly amazing.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Bushypark vets for the last 5-6 years with my dog after trying a handful of other vets around Galway. They've been the best throughout the years, whether my dog was in for routine vaccines, teeth cleaning, or the odd overnight stomach bacterial infection. We've always felt looked after in terms of price and attention, and the vet staff, particularly Meave and Hannah, are absolutely superb. We've had all his rabies and travel vaccines done here too, as well as complete pre-travel checks for airplane travel. Having been to veterinary practices around the world with my dog, Bushypark vets is by far the best there is. The service you receive for the cost is just second to none. Thank you for always looking after Alfie!!

Negative experience: Well what can I say called to ask to come out to check out my cat which was under the weather .Told me they were on the way does it take two to collect a cat told me I needed to pay up front before visit because of staff shortages and its the weekend 250 euro to collect less than a Mile away and that doesn't include treatment what a rip off problem sorted for far less of a price .

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot be more grateful to roisin We went in there today as an emergency to have my dog. Maya looked at with a very bad ear infection. They were absolutely fantastic. Fantastic experience: A person arriving at the hospital doesn't receive as much attention and care as an pet arriving at Bushypark Vets with a problem. The best service, starting from reception all the way to sending the pet home. Our Yorkshire Terrier, Marse, arrived at this clinic two weeks ago with a serious problem, and she was urgently underwent surgery. Everything went smoothly. We are very grateful to all the clinic staff for ensuring that Marse is still with us. The clinic not only has wonderful staff, but also a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Another very important factor is the cost – it is affordable for everyone. I highly recommend Bushypark Vets to all pet owners. What matters to us is that our beloved pets receive the best possible service and return home healthy. This clinic is exactly that. We sincerely thank you for Marse.

Fantastic experience: Really good experience at Bushypark Vets today. Am very grateful for the prompt response from them to give my dog an ultrasound and examination with an hour’s notice. Moreover, the staff were really friendly and the vet discussed a range of potential treatments and explained everything well to me. I thought the fees were very reasonable and feel completely confident about returning our dog to see them if need be another time.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, Maeve and the girls go over and beyond to help our dogs. Nothing is a problem. If I text in hours or out Maeve gets straight back to me. She's just amazing. Rang me personally, on a Sunday when she was away because I had a concern. I can't recommend Bushypark vets enough. They deserve More then 5 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier to have found Bushy Park Vets Galway, I am extremely satisfied with the teams communication with us while they were looking after our 14 month old Boston Terrier who had unexpectedly fallen ill, especially our vet Mulwina thank you. Their willingness to work with our treatment schedule for our move to Australia has been reassuring and can't thank Hannah enough. They are professional and friendly, would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Easily one of the best vets I've ever experienced. From the minute I walked in and was welcomed by Hannah, to then meeting Maeve, I could tell I was in the right place. It's immediately obvious that their primary focus is the well being of animals. You can tell straight away that it's based off a genuine love of all creatures great and small. Fantastic experience: Best vets iv ever been to ..and the only vets my dogs havnt been upset walking in .they actually like going ! My 14 year old collie was so very sick and we didn't have much hope for her .the girls at Bushy Park were on the ball diagnosing her and got her back to great health and then on to winning a modelling competition! Home from home atmosphere..such lovely girls that show so much love to all the pets ❤

Fantastic experience: Can highly recommend! The whole staff is incredibly supportive and friendly and they know what they are doing. My dog totally trusts and loves them, which makes every routine visit so much easier. Unfortunately I had to bring my dog in as an emergency one night. Although it was late, the vets were responsive and quickly available and they have saved my dogs life. I'll be forever thankful. Many many thanks once again!! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff super-friendly, understanding and highly professional. Makes everything as a pet owner easy and straightforward everything is explained in detail. My dog had to have abdominal surgery and had to stay at the clinic three nights. We were very worried but with the care given and the updates on his condition, it was so comforting to know he was in good hands. Post-Op care and follow up appointments were fantastic. The most caring staff I have come across. Whenever I attend the clinic there is a genuine happy atmosphere. If you are a loving pet owner I recommend you bring your pet here.

Negative experience: Called in to book an appointment ,not sure if vet is stressed by too much work or what the issue was but wasn't a pleasant chat ,I was looking for a long-term vet for my dog after that chat they lost my long term buissness, might be a good vet but customer service wasn't great off the start.

Fantastic experience: Our first time to visit, with our very sick kitty A.D, wow what care and kindness he got, Medbh was fantastic and even text to ask about him today.. Sunday. I can't recommend Bushypark vets enough.

Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic today for the second time with my Dog Bonnie.The level of care, service and professionalism was exceptional. We were greeted at the door by Hannah, who followed all Covid 19 regulations. I felt safe and at ease from the moment I walked in the door. They treated Bonnie like royalty and were so kind and caring. Thanks to all the Crew at Bushy Park Vets for making our visit so enjoyable and a special thanks to Hannah for taking such good care of Bonnie. We will definitely be back :-)

Our puppy had an accident late one night and she went out of her way to help us and even since her care and attention to detail has been above and beyond.
