1 year ago Fantastic experience: Just an incredible team of dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. The way that they look after animals in their care is second to none, I watched them do everything they could today in an incredibly difficult situation. Getting attention from so many of their expert vets was so impressive. Miguel, Claire and Liam were amazing, the way they explained everything was so clear, even for a non horsie person like me. Then when nothing more could be done, the empathy shown by Irene and all the team there really was exceptional, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all the team there, you are part of a world class operation.
