Fantastic experience: Thank you treaty vets for the 11.5 years you have helped and treated our dog Lucky and thank you for the help in the last moments of his life and support and also thank you for the card which shed a tear, but the support and treatment provided was helpful. The only thing I would recommend is the help of best mate per cremation for the final journey of your and our loved one, they made his final journey as he and we would have wanted.

The prices are very good, but the level of service and the true, genuine emotional investment in every patient that comes in through their doors is off the charts. Not only well versed in medical veterinary practice, but the standard of care to pet and owner is truly astronomical. Fantastic experience: Brought our pet cat 'Simba' with severe injuries....clinic did all they could for Simba but unfortunately his injuries were too severe and he passed away. A few days later the clinic sent us a sympathy card ...signed by all members of staff.....it was a lovely touch.

Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure from start to finish dealing with this clinic. Considering the abnormal nature of the complaint my pet gecko was suffering from I can't stress enough how competent and knowledgeable the staff are in this establishment. He has since made a full recovery and I would highly recommend treaty to anyone concerned for their pets health and happiness.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service We were helped today, this place was advised by several people from our work. We brought our two cats here they both got vaccinated and checked up. The vet was super patient and sweet to both the cats. The examination room was clean and nice and warm. We had a really bad experience at Rockhall vets here in Limerick where they were really bad with the cats. So it was a massive relief that the cats were able to have such a pleasant experience. There is a separate waiting area for the cats and they also sell food in the shop if your pet has dietary needs. We did not have to wait long before being helped and all the staff were friendly. We will definitely be going back here and recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

Fantastic experience: We had an emergency recently with one of our Bichon Frise’. Thank you sincerely to vet Eoin for making himself available late that evening to give some anti-inflammatory pain relief to our dog and to John for setting up a follow-up operation to repair the dog’s ruptured cruciate. Shout out to Tracy as well. We always know we are in good hands with Treaty Vet Clinic both in Shannon and Limerick. The care, empathy and thoroughness of everyone at Treaty over the years has been exemplary and they have taken great care of many of our ‘babies’ over the last 15 years.

Never feel pressured for needless tests etc. Downstairs has separate seating area for dogs & cats. Upstairs is the surgery I think. Very clean and modern. Some parking outside. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Would give zero if I could- had. been a customer for over 20yrs when it was just John- with cats & another dog- Brought our rescue in and have had bad experiences 1. Private conversation between my father & the trainee vet was all typed out on computer under the dog's visit !! 2. Appointment made with John arrived & was walking dog outside as I was early, only to see him walk across to betting office- look at me & my dog & he took off in his car - nurse rang him& he didn't return so she looked at him post-op! 3.dog was old so we got his teeth cleaned only t see crusted blood on his tongue, and one side of mouth was not cleaned at all!!! Nobody could give me an answer 4. Dog was dying of renal failure & was told bring him in & they'll try clean out his system- they had his blood work & would have known he only had days t live, so we paid almost €200 t "see if it would add quality" to his life- of course it didn't- he was away from us for 3 days until I knew they in it for the money & I took my dog out when John said the dog needed to be put down "decision needs t b made"- 2 others I spoke t since since same happened to them If I could have sued this shower of money grabbers I would- taking advantage of a grieving family & old dog for money - disgraceful- when I get another dog I won't return & Ive told everybody what's happened to us.

Negative experience: Does not care about my pet missing a week. Cutting my calls short. No care for my pup who's missing a week.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this clinic that will give it justice. Its an absolute must place to go to if your pet is unwell. The treatment they gave my Milo was absolute top marks . Pleasure to deal with and so much relief that the care your pet gets is so relaxing when you're worried about your pet. So 10 out of 10 for me with them. It's worth giving your pet the best. Milo is recovering well at home. Thanks guys

The customer care for human and our four legged friends, Is second to none all my dogs and cats for so many years have been looked after by John and the team. And now they have modernized the building it's amazing. Small touches of customer service that show they really care. No one likes to loose a pet, but last year we lost Holly at 13 years old and had to put her to sleep. The empathy show to us at a very sad time. Gave myself and my family a chance to process our loss. Other dog or pet owners will understand. We decided to have Holly cremated. The team handled everything. Less than two weeks later we got a lovely wooden box with her ashes inside. And a framed print / ink impression of her nose print and paws. So to recap. Great customer service. Fantastic Team. Family run local business... A1

The Vet was so lovely and showed me how to look after my dog first and see if that worked before spending money . I did exactly as he said and my dog was perfect the next morning . Fantastic experience: You just couldn’t find a more professional but considerate vets, from the receptionist staff to the veterinary staff, cost doesn’t come into the picture at any time, just the health & wellbeing of your pet, we personally have 5 dogs going there for years and just recently we lost our oldest westie to a lung disease he was 14 years old, he was always treated with the best of care & comfort no matter what time day or night this veterinary clinic always had their door open to him. We will be forever grateful to the staff for the help & service & compassion they provided to Ollie & our 4 remaining dogs. We would rate this clinic the best in the city. Thank you to all the staff there.

Fantastic experience: After having a horrific experience at a different vets and them being unable to diagnose my dog accurately for month - Treaty Vets saw my dog and had him diagnosed within an hour. Unfortunately the diagnosis came too late and he passed away but the entire team in treaty vets made that process so much easier. They are caring, compassionate and respectful - my biggest regret is not choosing them as my pets vets sooner.

Fantastic experience: Our dog who is 18 years old had a lump on his stomach that became septic. He needed it removed but because of his age I was very worried. The veterinary nurse's and doctor's could not have been kinder or more reassuring. When he went for his operation they rang me with updates during the day and gave him excellent aftercare also. Positive experience: Treaty Veterinary Clinic is a veterinary service in the heart of Limerick City. It is staffed by a very talented vet named John and his very friendly staff.
