Fantastic experience: Excellent veterinary practice. I am a returning client of Ark vet having used the practice for approximately 19 years. I have always found the vets and staff to be pleasant and professional.

Negative experience: Lovely people that work there but i’m sorry the lack of diagnostic care given is shocking, the prices are very dear, misdiagnosing, they just want to put you on any plan that costs money without even proper reasoning or checking the issue fully, i have been going to this vets for 6 years now but have recently changed as it was all just not worth it to me

Negative experience: Place is a rip off and a joke. Didn’t even diagnosed my cat correctly. Didn’t even mind the fleas on her when it was clear. Charged €30 to shave its back side and had us hold the cat and it was a terrible clean up job. Terrible experience all around!

Negative experience: Would not recommend! My mum brought our dog Fifi in for cremation and also ordered two clay paw prints. When she paid she was worried it was too low so she double-checked that the paw prints were included and was told they were. She was assured they would be sent to our home in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, after hearing nothing, she called the clinic and was told she hadn't paid for them - and that you apparently don't get paw prints if you're not getting ashes back. This was never mentioned, and her quote clearly showed you could pay extra for paw prints even without ashes. Losing Fifi was upsetting enough, but this whole mix-up made things so much worse. A bit of honesty and compassion would have made such a difference.

Fantastic experience: Been using their services for about 7 years with 2 dogs. Needed a vet especially with a 55kg 1 year old Newfoundland. Simply superb vet care. Knowledgeable, approachable, supportive and masters of their trade.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Piotr Strus for his exceptional care and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, addressing not only my kitten’s needs but also all my questions as a pet owner - including detailed advice on nutrition. I’m very satisfied with the visit and truly appreciate his kindness and thorough approach. I’m grateful for the time he dedicated to us and will definitely return to Dr. Struś - hopefully, not out of necessity!

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend – Exceptional Care at ARK Vetcare Foxrock! I recently moved here from Texas and feel incredibly lucky to have found ARK Vetcare Foxrock. The staff and vets are both professional and genuinely kind, you can tell they truly care about the animals they see. They even followed up with a call after my dog’s visit to make sure everything was going well, which really meant a lot. The clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming. I absolutely love this place and will keep bringing my dog here for as long as I’m in Dublin.

Fantastic experience: Our little fur baby Solo was sick for quite a while before sadly, we had to put him down. It was absolutely devastating for us but throughout all his care and eventual end, the Ark Vet team were so great. They communicated thoroughly with us at every visit and really understood what a difficult decision it was in the end. Orlaith, especially, was so patient with us and gentle with Solo. We really appreciated her care. Even after Solo had been put down, she sent us a lovely card. Lovely person. Lovely Vet. Thank you

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful experience at the Ark Vet Care from start to finish. All staff were kind and very helpful and made it so easy to help my Dads dog and he felt the love. The attention to detail was brilliant and the care for Gizmo was simply outstanding. Not once was he fretting or feeling bad even though he was not well he perked up from his visit with the loving care from all. I would highly recommend the ark Vetinary clinic in foxrick as the ambiance was simply beautiful. There was no long waiting either which was brilliant. Thank you all

Negative experience: I expect the positive reviews are for people with minor pet needs. We had a seriously sick dog. In 8 days they took €1.2k off us and still had no idea, they said they needed to do yet more tests. We went to another vet who had a correct diagnosis in 10 minutes and charged us a fraction of the price. Yes they are nice people, but in my experience they are more concerned with maximising how much they get from you than using their experience to properly treat your pet.

Fantastic experience: I took my cat, Misty, to Ark Vetcare in Foxrock yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff on reception were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease. Dr. Orla, the vet, was exceptional – she was not only thorough and knowledgeable but also so gentle with Misty, which was really important to me. The clinic itself is modern, spacious, and very well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. I’m so glad I found this place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets.

She was always so excited when she passed Foxrock Church on her way to appointments! Unfortunately, she recently became very ill and had to leave us. Negative experience: Dreadful. The vet was more interested in trying to sell me very expensive treatments without first addressing my dogs immediate needs. They are only interested in cash not the welfare of my dog. Plus I spent thousands on my dog in that practice over past 2 years , yet they wouldn't give me an antibiotic because I forgot my purse and I said I would drop back and pay. Instead they mada me drive home and return back. I never owed them a penny and always settled my bills. A receptionist seems to have a weird manner and is passive aggressive with woman and stares with aggression. I won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent veterinary care, very clean clinic and helpful staff. I only wish, they could provide a designated waiting area for cats as some get very nervous with dogs around them. I presented my cat for booster vaccines and it was the very kind and professional Dr. Yasmin Montgomery who attended to us. Being a first time cat mum, she explained my cat’s situation being a “found cat” and details of vaccines, microchip and deworming. I recommend this clinic to everyone!

Negative experience: Incredibly unprofessional, their only goal is to take your money. They lied about the blood and urine tests they performed so my cat died because of their incompetence. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: They open on Sunday and allowed me to call in with my cat even though this is not my regular vet. It's expensive on a Sunday but it's brilliant that they are open. The vet was brilliant, and I can't fault them it's a nice big open waiting area, and we were seen quickly.

Negative experience: absolute bandits, charged us Eur320 to empty two small dogs tummies then an extra eur40 for empty bottle of carbon that dogs should be given in their food until poos turn black. kind of tricky with an empty bottle. Just exploiting people's fondness for their pets.

Fantastic experience: I have to write this review because my god, what an amazing and caring bunch of people. My fiancée and I had to leave our cat here for almost a week due to an emergency move and chaos in our life. The team were beyond friendly and had a bed instantly for our cat to stay. He was comfortable, loved, cared for and really enjoyed the time he spent there. From the girls walking him and allowing him to be free and not trapped, to the great feeding times and affection he got, I can recommend to anyone, that trusting your animals to Ark Vetcare in Foxrock will be the opposite of a mistake. The team are highly qualified, my fiancée and myself could not be more grateful and relieved that we trusted our loved one to them in our time of hardship and they went above and beyond for him. 10/10, some of the kindest people we have met!

Negative experience: My family will never be using this vet again. The staff lied about payment rates, were rude about it rather than offering any apology and left us to take a deathly ill pet halfway across Dublin since the actual price of their treatment was completely unaffordable.

Fantastic experience: At Ark, the team are so welcoming and professional. They listen to you about all your pets individual needs and reassure you about any concerns you might have. We had our beloved German Shepard Jek with Ark for years and he was always in good hands, right till the end when we had to say goodbye to him in 2009, the vet and staff at Ark were so kind and gentle, it made such a sad experience so much less traumatic. We now have our new pup Kobi down with Ark and we could not be happier with the service. Maighread is so welcoming , we know our pup is in the best of hands at Ark and its so reassuring to know they are there if we need them ❤

Fantastic experience: We had to bring our dog Thor to Ark Vetcare Foxrock because our local vets didn’t have the medication he needed for his skin. They were just fantastic from start to finish. So welcoming and absolutely smitten about Thor, giving him treats and pets. The vet explained everything to us in detail and was so gentle with Thor. The vets can be so traumatising for doggos but I couldn’t recommend Ark Vets more.
